Exchanges, Returns, Refunds

We hope you love your purchase! If you need to exchange sizes, change styles, or request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Check Eligibility:

    • Our returns policy lasts 14 days from when you receive your garment. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.
    • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or printout of email).
    • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  2. Contact Us: Email us at holiboli@live.com to let us know what you’d like to do—exchange or refund. Please note, we do not offer store credit.

  3. Prepare Your Return:

    • Ensure the item is in new condition.
    • Include a note with your name and the address for any exchanged item (if applicable).
  4. Send It Back: Post the item to us at your expense. The refund does not cover return postage.

  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item:

    • We will notify you of it’s safe arrival and approval or rejection based on its condition.
    • If approved, we will post the next item to you as discussed, or if you have requested a refund our refund department will deposit the refund directly into your bank account or process it through your original payment method within a few days.

 

Important Notes:

  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty.
  • After one exchange, additional shipping fees will apply for further exchanges.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company and/or bank as it may take some days before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please let us know; email us at holiboli@live.com
